”Original listing had cowboy pool which was no longer there. New hot tub was installed and took about 22 hours to heat up to 96 degrees from 77 degrees which was temp on day of check-in. Prop manager couldn’t offer much other than letting the owner know and offered 20% discount which I’m sure I won’t receive since I requested more since the reason we close this location was because of the heated cowboy pool that was no longer there.
