Stone Studio on the grounds of the "La Closerie" guesthouse

On the edge of the Yvelines, on the edge of Greater Paris, near the Château de Maintenon, the Château de Rambouillet, on the road to veloceny, La Closerie was built in 1947 by the architect Pierre Petit in the Art Deco style.
The property was the home for years of the famous actor Victor Lanoux.,

The studio is located in a stone building of 25 m2 completely renovated with beautiful materials, worktop and black granite table. The bedroom has a queen size bed.
The shower room is open to the bedroom. Separate toilet.
- A kitchen area with appliances (fridge, freezer, toaster, classic coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, microwave-oven) and utensils and crockery for cooking and eating.
- A small lounge area with a sofa and a TV opening onto a private terrace
with a table, chairs and sun loungers.
The studio is surrounded by greenery and in an idyllic setting.
You can stroll through the landscaped park, play pétanque and have direct access to the hiking trail on the wheelbarrow where you can enjoy the many activities in the area. The park is full of more than 500 species of plants, about 140 rose bushes.
We provide sheets, towels and soap free of charge.

Access is via a staircase in the park, so we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility.
