”Would definitely revisit! The birds are a problem when it comes to eating outside. The pool is beautifully maintained which is why it surprises me that they do not pay as much attention to deck and lounge chairs. We had to wipe bird dropping off of every lounge chairs we sat in. ”

”I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

”We had a great time. We were there for three weeks. The pool was beautiful warm and clean the properties. Very pretty many plantings everywhere. Even the animals hung around once in a while. We’re very friendly purring cat on your lap on vacation is kind of cool. Our host Barbara was very attentive to our needs and questions about Aruba. ”My issue with this hotel is that the walls are very thin and you can hear the flags blowing and hitting the wall right by your door. We also booked a pool side room , but instead received a room up a flight of steps, no elevator. Expedia also stated that there was a bar on site, but that is not correct. ”The property overall is mismanaged. We were given an “upgraded” room that faced dumpsters and construction. Then we were moved to an interior room with no balcony. The property overcharges for everything, including a resort fee of $100 USD a day for basically nothing. It was not worth the price and they did nothing to address our concerns the entire time there. I would expect management to do something to make our stay better especially considering how much we spent on the resort. ”
