”I have only stayed the four times and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Horsham. They have put me in early when I need to be in. They have put me downstairs when they I didn’t realise that we had to say upstairs or downstairs. I take my hat off to the cleaners they are excellent and the whole place is so clean. The waitresses are so polite and everyone talks to everyone. Excellent for everything even at the reception.”

”The property is in need of renovation. Very dated. Not sure what year it was built but the shower recess looks like 1960s tiles! Extremely narrow sllding door into bathroom that is water affected at the bottom with the plywood all split. Towel rail under vanity was rusty, Draughty non closable window. Pine-lined head board uncomfortable to lean against if you try to sit up in bed. Creaky floor boards, old carpet that didn’t look very clean. Indoor pool wasn’t working. (Main reason we booked). ...
