”Quaint and comfortable stay for our one night in the most adorable town of Shelburne Falls. A walk to the river and the bridge of flowers at sunset gave us the most beautiful pictures. Owner was kind and helpful. We stayed here while my son biked at Thunder Mountain-a quick easy 10 min drive away and would stay again.”

”They were so nice. The room was comfortable and quaint. It was great to have a mini fridge and kuerig coffee maker in the room. We can’t wait to stay there again!”

”The host was on site when we arrived and greeted us graciously and efficiently. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom (Room 5). The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but comfortable. There was no place to hang clothes, but there was plenty of drawer space in the bureau and bed stands. The reservation portal indicates the room has a hair dryer and a microwave oven, but it does not. They are still in renovation mode, so the outer appearance of the property still...

”If you set your expectations properly you won't be disappointed. Craft Valley Ales is not a Best Western, or Hampton Inn. The facilities are worn. You won't see service people. in fact, during the day the whole place feels deserted. BUT... the price is right, the location is great, and the party is right downstairs! I enjoyed a flight of beers on the outdoor deck. And everyone inside was having a good time watching the World Cup while enjoying some great beers! Craft Valley Ales...

”I've stayed at this motel many times and find it to be a great balance of value vs. condition/cleanliness and a good stay. The staff literally could not be any friendlier and are a highlight of the stay, very accommodating and go out of their way to help with any needs you may have. I will definitely continue to stay here when I am in the area for hiking trips.”

”The door handle and door mechanism in my room was covered in dust. The door to the bathroom had a hard time closing because it was warped. There was a large stain on the rug. There was a spider on the curtains. I left after one night of a two night stay.”

”Heat didn't work but I didn't really need it. WiFi unavailable but that's probably the service provider's fault and water didn't run hot enough - took me a while to figure out the tap situation in the shower.”

”Room very clean and beds extra comfortable. Lots of small decorating features for a motel and gardens on grounds were extra beautiful. Rooms themselves felt older but with new furnishings. Overall a comfortable stay.”

”Older strip type motel. That said room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was good for a couple of days that I stayed. No breakfast available at motel though they did give me a discount coupon to bar/resturant next door. ”

”Our Junior Suite had a wonderful balcony view. We will return for further stays over a weekend as the restaurant and bar are not open on weekdays.”
