”Perfect location, perfect service, very clean and spotless.”

”Quiet and clean rooms, friendly personnel, luxurious breakfast.”

”It was a quite memorable and pleasant stay; I am satisfied with the service, the hotel, and the food.”

”An absolutely beautiful property, fantastic rooms, and fantastic staff throughout. The food and drink were also great as was the service. The location was wonderful for me and am sure others will find the same. Great job, one visit, would love to return and will go as one of the top hotels I have stayed and I have been lucky to enjoy many in my years. Huge recommendation.”

”The 24 hour staff in reception were helpful and lovely -- both the men and women. The breakfast was varied and wonderful each morning including lots of fresh vegetables in addition to the usual breads, cheeses, eggs, etc. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the riverside and easy access to walking bridges to visit museums, parks, etc. The view from the balconies is not to be missed. Of course the neighborhood it is a little loud being centered close to all activities. I stayed a week and it...

”Meille hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvin nukutti, vaikka autojen äänet hieman kantautuivat huoneeseen. ”

”Good location: close to old town and local life. Frequent buses going everywhere and metro close. Yet hotel on a quiet side street. Amenities good. Breakfast nice. Staff helpful, but needs a little further training. We stayed for 7 nights and had no problems. We would stay again.”

”Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Top ausgestattet und die besten Betten im Kaukasus. Sehr schön, super modern und sehr empfehlenswert.”

”El hotel es super encantador y la atención + desayunos sin espectáculares. Totalmente recomendado por la ubicación y la vista”

”Friendly staff, clean rooms.”

”My recent stay was highly frustrating, largely due to unfocused front desk staff and poor customer service. The receptionists made multiple careless errors, starting with issuing a defective room key that required an immediate trip back to the desk to fix. Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake. The poor service extended to the rest of the...

”First time ever I had to ask twice for a toilet paper and additional pillow.”

Sijainti on loistavaa!”

”Staff so helpful. Rooms quiet and comfortable bed.”

”Great location and staff, but a persistent damp odor ruined the stay. Pros: Superb location in Tbilisi, making it very easy to get around. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Visually, the room appeared clean upon arrival. Cons: Persistent damp/musty odor throughout the room that lingered all night, even with the window open. The smell unfortunately transferred to my clothing overnight, making for an uncomfortable sensory experience. Bottom Line: This has the potential to be...

”My only issue was that I had requested a pick at the airport. At the last minute I was told pick ups were only with WhatsApp, which I don't have. I was charged an exorbitant price by a taxi, I had no other choice”
