Chalet't – DuBois

”I travel a lot for work and normally stay in hotels within the 100-150 per night. This was definitely one of the best of not the best I've even been in. Clean, renovated with taste, super friendly staff. I normally also look at the little things. This hotel gets 95/100. The only reason I took 5 point off was because the ironing board was not in standard with the rest of the hotel. Everything else - top notch. ”

”Parking was easy. The room was fresh with tall ceilings. Great shower. Staff was helpful and friendly. And the breakfast had lots of variety. It was all very well done. ”

”First room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point.”

”Room was clean and comfortable. The issue we had was noise - we could hear every step of the people above us (and there were many), and when our neighbors took a shower it sounded as though they were in our room. Once this was all over it made for a good night's sleep.”
