It’s a cheerful hotel and all staff were very friendly. I loved the unique hotel design. Food is nice overall and there many restaurants and coffee shops 5mins walk away

This hotel is very unique and quirky and I loved all the different spaces you could go to and chill out. The room decor is fantastic too although the air con was very high and even after switching it off, it was still cold so I had to call someone to adjust the air vents. My only criticism is that the music from the courtyard can be very loud and can be heard in the bedroom all day long. If you could be lowered during the day, that would be better for people working or resting after a big night out!

Great hotel with very personable and attentive staff. The hotel is clean, has personality / energy, and excellent spaces. The room and hotel amenities are excellent - I can't fault the thought, consideration or execution. It's clear they've really thought about the customer experience and placed this at the core of everything they do.

綺麗で清潔なホテルです。 無料の飲み物、スナックが充実していました。 アメニティに関しては必要最小限でした。 シャンプー、トリートメントが自然派を意識した物なのか、洗髪後非常に髪の毛がキシミました。 ブルジュハリファやドバイモールまでは電車で数駅で非常に近いです。 ただ、ホテルから駅までが直線距離は近いのですが、徒歩では遠回りするルートしかないのが残念です。 距離は非常に近いのでタクシーで行ったほうが良かったかなと思いました。

Great Stay!
I recently stayed at 25Hours Dubai and had a fantastic experience. The staff was amazing, the room amenities were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. However, I did have one complaint during my stay. One night, all the hotel restaurants were booked for outside events, and it was raining. This left regular guests with nowhere to eat unless ordering talabat or venturing out in the rain. I would recommend not booking out all hotel restaurants in the future to ensure all guests have dining options. Despite this, I would still choose to stay at 25Hours Dubai again.

Great place!
Very unique hotel experience. Service and staff were amazing. Took great care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. Food, drinks, room, cleaning, reception and restaurants - nothing to complain about. Great location, walking distance to downtown. It’s a kind of mixture of luxury hotel with some hippie vibe. Professional but chill. We loved it and are definitely coming back.

New, but small and quite dark standard rooms well decorated. Great restaurants, bars and relaxing places. Staff was mostly very friendly and professional, but sometimes we missed the personal note. Rates quite high, but location is central.
