The guests bathroom feature a toilet and a sink.

The elegantly furnished bedroom features a Queen-sized bed enriched with a comfy memory foam mattress and high quality cotton linens for a relaxing sleep.

The Bedroom also has a nice balcony where you’ll enjoy relaxing on the sunbed with a marvelous view of the sea.

An en-suite bathroom is spacious and features both a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, double basin, and a toilet. The bathroom is loaded with luxury bath amenities and high-quality towels for your stay.

Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.



Other things to note



Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.



Location

Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stays that boats plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the famous ‘Atlantis The Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park, and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.



In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along with Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for Fine Dining experiences Dubai style.





Getting around

There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
