symphatetic older hotel, but renovation needed
This is a symphatetic older hotel, which would be needing some renovation work. The sea view in some of the pictures from the hotel is today partly shadowed by some new development construction sites.The location is relatively good some miles away from Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and many other attractions. It has a nice tropical garden.

Miellyttävä hotelli erittäin kivalla sijainnilla - kaikki ns. turistikohteet lähellä ja jopa kävelymatkan päässä. Turvallinen. Hotellissa kaikki toimi ja huoneet olivat tilavia ja mukavia. Henkilökunta avulias ja kielitaitoinen. Hyvä ja runsas aamiainen. Hotellilla oma ranta. Sopii hyvin myös lapsiperheelle (matala ranta, lapsiallas ym.)

A few days only
First Junior Suit was on ground level and not in perfect condition. At second room balcony door was broken and could not be locked! Third room was good but we had to pay extra. Got a feeling is this a 4 star hotel? Staff was very good and helped the stay a lot and saved the holiday. Numerous restaurants at the area is a bonus.

Ihana rantahotelli
Todella ystävällinen ja auttamishaluinen henkilökunta. Mukavat huoneet. Läheisen moskeijan rukouskutsut kuuluvat selvästi huoneisiin, joten jos olet herkkäuninen, huomio tämä. 12 loistavaa ravintolaa hotellin yhteydessä. Paikallisten mukaan hotellinen italialainen ravintola on kaupungin paras ja totta, ruoka oli todella hyvää ja niin italialaista, hintataso tässä ravintolassa selkeästi korkeampi kuin muissa ravintoloissa. Ihastuttava hotelli kaikkinensa. Suosittelen.

Yleistä
Huoneessa lievä homeen haju. Muuten melko siistiä, vaikka pinnat mm.kylpyhuoneessa kuluneita. Ammeessa oleva viemärin tulppa piti käsin irrottaa jotta vesi poistui. Parvekkeella ei ollut tuoleja ollenkaan jotta olisi voinut siellä istua. Siivous toimi. Ilmastointilaitteen säätö ei toiminut kunnolla, huoneen lämpötila ei laskenut alle +25 mikä oli epämiellyttävää. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä.

Rauhallinen paikka. Oma ranta.
Olemme olleet tässä samassa hotellissa kakis kertaa aikaisemminkin. Halusimme tulla "matalaan" hotelliin. Tässä hotellissa talot ovat hienosti sijoitettu kuin puiston keskelle. Kun tulet ovesta ulos näet heti hyvin hoidetun puutarhan. Liusäksi valintaamme vaikutti paljon se, että hotellilla on oma, rahuallinen ja siisti hiekkaranta. Lisäksi hyvät uima-altaat. Aamiainen on monipuolinen, tuore ja raikas. Kaikille jotakin. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Erityisesti haluan korostaa, että rantabaarissa on kiitettävän ystävällinen henkilökunta. Olimme todella iloisia kun meidät tultiin tervehtimään heti kun menimme sinne. Tarjoilija muisti meidät edellisestä kerraasta. Alueen ravintolaistakin jokainen löytää sopivaa ruokaa iltaisin. Mielestämme hotelli sijaitsee suuri sopivan matkan päässä kaikista nähtävyyksistä. Lämpimästi voin suositella. Erinomainen myös lapsiperheille.

Not good not bad
The hotel stuff was mostly friendly and helpful and very easy to find 24/7. Room was clean and about average size and the whole resort was very clean and nice. Wifi connection was very slow all the time and i thing they should mention that because the surfing was awful and sometimes even not possible. The Room service "night menu" was very bad and tasted awful, they should not serve food like that for anyone.

The room floor was dirty and the linen was old. Additionally, the soap dish was empty, had no hair conditioner and was not refilled after 4 days. Also when I asked for slippers they brought them to the wrong room.

Nice beach resort. Lovely small beach and several restaurants overlooking the beach/sea. Various other restaurants/shops within walking distance including large supermarket opposite. Rooms in small ‘villa’ type buildings. My room disappointing small and no view but was cheapest one.

Service was amazing!!! all of the staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever experienced. Grounds and amenities are beautiful and this place is an oasis compared to the busy city. Minor points, there is a large mosque nearby and morning prayers woke us up at 5:30am for the 1st to nights. Our room had a large wardrobe but no chest of drawers for our cloths.

The pathways had a gloss seal on them which made them dangerously slippery when wet . It rained during my visit . All other aspects were good .

It was very good for relax and spending most of your time at the resort. We booked junior suite and we expected to find big fridge and microwave in the suite, but we found small and non-cold fridge, and we didn’t find a microwave. We asked the resort to provide our expectations, but they don’t.

The Beach and the staff at Breakfast specially Baskii at the door / she was very helpful and also the waiters at breakfast was very professional. The only negative is in the evening specially the weekend it’s like a nightclub outside the main door which for family as a Muslim was not good. Parking was an issues because of the parties at the weekend.

The rooms are run down. Water pressure is terrible, bathroom soap dishes are chipped, housekeeping does not pay attention to detail. Rooms are large though and perhaps the beach area and pool are of interest to some (I did not visit them).

Very pleasant resort hotel with pools, beach and watersports. Beach bar is expensive but pleasant, although bar service around the sunbeds was little to none. The hotel grounds are very pleasant with tree-lined walkways to the villas. The hotel has weddings and functions which is to be expected but unfortunately some guests are very noisy when returning to their rooms after midnight. I think the best feature of the hotel is the excellent service of Seariders watersports. First rate.

Service Issues and Operational Inefficiencies
This was my second time staying here, and since COVID the service and condition has gone down a lot. The room had a lot of issue - the tub wasn’t draining, the sink faucet was broken, and the floors were filthy/not cleaned. The service at breakfast was poor - the food was a mess, tables were dirty, and staff were not able to meet the number of clients that were trying to manage breakfast. I tried to take breakfast with me to go sit outside near the pools since there was no room and no clean tables near breakfast, and the server yelled at me to leave my food and my only option was for me to do room service. I also had a 20% off of food and beverages for my stay, and the server at the pool didn’t give me the discount and when I told her afterwards she took about 1hr to verify with front desk and then told me I only had 15% off of beverages. At this point, I was exhausted to show her my hotels.com invoice that listed I got 20% off and by the time I checked out it was 4AM and I needed to get to the airport so I couldn’t ask for a partial refund for my stay. I’m sorry this has happened to the resort, because I loved my first stay but after this one I won’t go back.
