The Space:

This beautifully furnished apartment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5 star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a kids area and a business centre.



The bedroom uses a 160x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom. We can also provide a baby crib.



Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.



We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.

Guest Access:

Enjoy access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, and the living room featuring a sofa bed. Getting around is a breeze from our apartment! Public transportation options are readily available. You'll find convenient access to bus stops and taxi services right outside the building. For those arriving by air, Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Alternatively, Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is about a 40-minute drive. Parking is available for your convenience, with a designated space included for your use. This allows for easy access whether you're exploring the city by car or using public transport.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. A copy of each guest's passport is required prior to check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; a fine of AED 500 will be applied for violations. If you happen to lose your access card, there is a fine of AED 500, and for lost keys, the fine is AED 200. Parking is available for your convenience. Please ensure that the apartment is left in a tidy condition upon departure.
