Grandeur Residences complex has its own private beach and pool 10 meters away from the building and underground parking, everything free of charge.

The studio has a very peaceful backyard and a small private garden, where you can relax.

Neighboring our residency is a famous 5-star hotel Zabeel Saray with great restaurants, where you have a 30% DISCOUNT on everything.
The space
The studio has a king size bed, bathroom with shower, and fully-equipped kitchen. It is equipped with comfortable couches and a 55" Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Video. It has a peaceful backyard, where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking: pans, pots, kettle, toaster, stoves, coffee-maker.

THIRD GUEST can sleep on the sofa (not foldable).

The parking is free and convenient. The complex has its own convenience store. There are FREE ACTIVITIES within the building complex: tennis court, pool table, table tennis, gym, pool, and of course, the beach.

The studio has a high-speed internet connection perfect for work.

The apartment with the balcony is yours only.

The private beach, pool, gym, pool table, table tennis are shared with other residents of the Grandeur Residences.
