Don't missuse Guestinformations without permission
Please do not subscribe guests to your IHG program without permission! I was told that they need my email to contact me in case i will forget something, what happened is that my email was used to subscribe it their program, absolutely no go! Spa and Pool was nice

Terrible experience
Le comportement de cet hotel n'est tout simplement pas légal. Le contrat n'a pas été honoré. Personne ne répond aux réclamations. L'hotel n'a pas respecté ses engagements. Hasan à la réception n'avait aucun sens de l'hospitalité, vis à vis d'une clientèle pourtant aimable. Le personnel ne prête pas assistance et n'est pas volontariste. Compte tenu de cette situation déplorable, j'ai annulé mon futur séjour de 14 jours dans cet hôtel. Ma confiance vis à vis de IHG Hotels est ébranlée, vu le management désastreux dans cet établissement.

Not the smoothest check-in, but ok after all
We arrived late at night and it took us additional couple of hours until we could finally go to sleep, due to absence of extra bed. The night manager was trying his best to help us even thought it took almost two hours to get everything we needed. We had to change the room twice. The sofa in the room was stained but overall the quality of furniture and bed linen was great. Good breakfast and speedy transfer

While this property was a bit out of the way, I would stay there again. The staff are all friendly and eager to serve you. The rooms are larger than other Dubai hotels I've visited. This was an excellent value for the cost I paid! I specifically want to recognize Ramesh for his attention to detail when cleaning our room. He knew us and checked in with us daily (we were leisure so weren't on a schedule). He altered his cleanining times to meet our out of room times. Also, Khaled (Omar) is the gift shop clerk. He was knowledgeable about Dubai and gave us great tips and suggestions. He also bartered just a bit, making my purchases more fun. 😉

En dårlig start betyder ikke en dårlig afslutning
Vi var afsted som en familie på 5 personer i alt med bookinger til 2 værelser. Et værelse med 3 og det andet til 2 personer. Vi havde booked ca. 1 måned før ankomst og booked en dags ophold dagen inden vi ankom for at sikre værelserne da vi ankom midnat. Det var dog en forfærdelig indtjeknings oplevelse, vi ankom kl 02:00 på hotellet trætte søvnige efter 7 timers flyvetur men værelset til 3 personer var ikke klar, de skulle hente den 3 seng og flytte den ind,og vi skulle bo på forskellige etager trods vi var afsted som familie. Vi var klar til at sove ca kl 04:30, det var stressende da mine svigerforældre er ældre mennesker og skulle bo på det værelse med 3. Det var en skidt start og ingen særlig service og hjælp. Dagen efter klagede jeg endnu en gang over oplevelsen, jeg har i min bookinger klart og tydeligt beskrevet vores behov samt den ekstra seng der burde være klar. Det var en anden ansat jeg mødte, som var forståelig og flink, han fik rykket værelserne samme etage, det krævede dog vi lige flyttede en af værelserne. Hotellets ansatte er super flinke smilende og klar til at hjælpe, dog er der et par yngre der lige skal sættes mere ind i service. Et fint hotel langt fra centrum dog havde vi lejet bil. Fin morgenmad og faciliteter, rent nyt hotel. De ansatte gør dit ophold bedre :-). Udtjekning det bedste! Dagen før tilbød den ansatte os morgenmad take away da vi tjekkede ud meget tidligt kl 04:00. Bedste service med hensyn til morgenmad take away! :-)

Excellent Hotel
This is a trully great hotel, with 5 star amenities, perfect pool, top-notch food and great decor. The breakfast was amazing, with so many items to chose from. The only let down is the location, but we knew that before booking and there is a free shuttle to 3 spots in Dubai (including Jumeirah beach), so all good.

It was my best experience in a hotel. Better than the 5 star hotel I went to in Las Vegas. The staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was clean. I didn’t go to the restaurant but the gym and the pool was great. My family and I enjoyed staying in this hotel a lot!

Solid and comfortable with just minor issues
Rooms are very comfortable and overall the level of quality is higher than you'd expect for a Holiday Inn. Helps that it's brand new. Lots of USB ports for charging, marble bathrooms, comfortable bed, etc. The desks are a little weird, with a panel containing vanity mirror taking up the main place you would place a laptop, so that when it's closed the surface moves a little. There were just minor issues – the shower drain seemed to be clogged so would flood a bit every time. Housekeeping simply changed all towels every day rather than giving the option to reuse towels if desired, as many hotels do these days. Service at front desk wasn't so great – they felt a bit new to the job. Food options were okay. There is nothing else around here apart from a couple of other hotels so you're a bit stuck with what they have. And you shouldn't stay here unless you have business nearby at DWC. But with all that being said, this is a very good option, and very comfortable, if you need to be here.
