Laatuhotelli hyvien yhteyksien varrella
Raskaan matkustamisen jälkeen oikein mainio hotelli chillata. Hotelli on helposti saavutettavissa lentokentältä metrolla, kuten myös bussiasemille pääsee helposti hotellilta metrolla.

Huone oli hyvä ja siisti. Lisäksi sain sen jo klo 9 aamulla heti kentältä tultuani, enkä joutunut odottamaan iltapäivään asti.

Good hotel nearby the airport
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and they gave us late checkout, since we arrived in the middle of the night from the airport. The only slight minus was the breakfast - it was okay but there were only few healthy options. I liked the pancakes tho :)

Hieno hotelli mutta emme valitsisi uudestaan
Hotellissa itsessään ei ollut vikaa, oli moderni ja hieno hotelli. Olemme kuitenkin ennen syöneet parempaa aamupalaa ja uineet paremmassa uima-altaassa, eikä näissä ollut tässä kyseisessä hotellissa mitään ekstraa. Viereinen moskeija aiheuttaa meluhaittaa useita kertoja päivässä ja hotelliakin remontoitiin keskellä yötä. Kuntosali oli upea ja sijainti muuten aika hyvä lähellä metroasemaa.

Oikein siisti hotelli, lähellä Al Rigga metroasemaa. Aamupalalla pientä ongelmaa välillä kahvikoneiden kanssa, jäi aamukahvit saamatta muutaman kerran. Se mikä oli vähän outoa oli ettei huoneessa ollut valmiina jo lisävuodetta kolmannelle, hotellilla oli kuitenkin tiedossa myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen aamuyöstä joten aikaa olisi ollut koko päivä laittaa sänky valmiiksi. Saimme sängyn vasta kun kävimme kyselemässä missä kolmannen henkilön olisi tarkoitus nukkua. Siivous pelitti hienosti. Allasalueelle paistoi aurinko ainoastaan aamupäivästä, auringonpalvoja joutuu siis iltapäiväksi lähtemään rannalle. Hotellin naapurissa on moskeija, meitä se ei häirinnyt mutta herkkäunisempi todennäköisesti herää rukouskutsuihin.

Not happy
This Hotel is really not 4 star level. We see couple time cockroach in breakfast room! And it is bit a discusting. Breakfast is very busy if go little later and there is feel like some Delhi market. There is also some renovation works in hotel building and if want to rest daytime, hear noisy drilling and hammering and nobody was not excuse or be sorry about that. Next to hotel is mosque around 50 meter distance to front entry and that very loud praying call noise wake up every morning at 06.00am. Hotel neigbourhood was dirty and there is rat poison traps backside of hotel. Staff was helpful but look angry and nobody smiling. Good thing was clean room and extra gifts like couple fruit plates from cleaning staff. So this is not what we looking for when make booking for 4 star hotel.

Convenient and clean
The hotel is well located in the Al Rigga area. A short walk away (3-5min) is the Metro station, which is a great way to get to the center of Dubai and to the major Malls. The hotel is also a short taxi ride away from DBX AirPort.

Hotelli oli siis ja aamupala hyvä. Lähellä lentokenttää. Lähellä metroa. Hyvin varusteltu kuntosali. Uima-altaalle paistoi aurinko vain puoleen päivään asti, joten ei jäänyt aamupalan jälkeen montaa tuntia auringonpalvomiseen. Ilmastointi toimii, mutta ilmanvaihto on olematon.Palvelu oli hyvää. Ainoana miinuksena oli 20 %:n verot??, jotka perittiin sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä. Varaustiedoissa ja hotellinkuvauksessa ei lukenut mitään mahdollisista veroista.

Aivan hyvä ei huippu.
Hotelli itsessään OK. Uima-allas alue pieni ja aurinko ei paista n. 13.00 jälkeen siihen. Viereisestä moskeijasta kuuluu hyvin rukous kuulutukset alkavat n.5.00 aamulla.Taksia oli vaikea saada illalla. Hotellin aulassa on tarjolla mukavasti pikkupurtavaa jotka voi siinä myös lämmittää.

Great hotel
Great location, close to all main local attractions and amenities. The staff were great and accommodating. We arrived 6 hours early prior to check in and they sorted us out with our room pretty much as soon as we got there. Would definitely recommend this place.

Overall nice property but the rooms need some updating. The carpet in our room had stains, wallpaper coming apart at the seam. It was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is weak but the shower was large. We were able to walk, carefully, to restaurants. Taxis are readily available.

Great breakfast options right in the hotel. Note that the the hot water is not like a boiler setting, where the supply is continuous. It will run out and you will have to wait until the hot water is warm enough to to begin your shower.

De Hyatt só tem o nome
De Hyatt só possui o nome, a qualidade passa longe. Banheiro com porta “remendada”, vazamento de água e com água cheirando a esgoto. Café da manhã sofrível. Pessoas se amontoando pela comida, comidas sem qualquer proteção, excesso de pessoas, sujeira e falta de itens “básicos” como um suco de laranja, uma banana. Doce havia apenas 1 tipo de bolo e nada mais. Decepcionante. Felizmente passamos nossas 8 noites em Dubai em outros hotéis muito melhores e reservei o Hyatt apenas para a última noite. Para quem escolhe pensando em encontrar um padrao de qualidade internacional da marca, fuja desse hotel.

We arrived at the hotel around 9.30am and the check-in was at 3pm. The manager was so kind he gave us the room at 10am and on top of that he even upgraded our room into two bedroom apartment.

Comfortable Stay
Location was great, we got upgraded to an apartment which was great. Breakfast was not so great in my opinion. Could have done with more fruit choices, pastries. They catered more for the Indian choices and not continental. Breakfast area was always congested, cups, cutlery running out, wait for tables. Al Rigga metro station was about 8 mins walk away
