Nas House King Rooms offer a spacious bedroom, king size bed, en suite bathroom with walk in shower and views over the internal garden and pool.

The rates at Nas House includes a daily Food & Beverage credit, valid for use at Filli Cafe located on-site. Treat yourself to delicious flavors!

When booking a King Room you may be sharing the villa with up to 11 other guests, as the villa is equipped with a total of 5 bedrooms, each sleeps 2 guests. The shared living spaces offer a stunning garden space with 1.35m pool, lounge area with flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and an outdoor barbecue area. Towels and bed linen are provided to begin your stay.

We have CCTV cameras installed in the living room, dining area, in the hallway on the first floor and outdoor area facing the pool for added security.

Bookings will also have access to one private parking space at the property if required.

- Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am
- Smoking and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a 150 AED fine and immediate termination of your stay.

In the event of any damage, misbehavior, or failure to comply with the policies of the property, charges will be applied based on the extent of the incurred damage. The organization reserves the right to assess and impose charges accordingly, and will charge the card on file for the responsible individual or booking.
