The Space

A large 2080 sq ft awe-inspiring apartment that indulges at every expense with stunning light fixtures, purpose built furniture and premium finishing. Standing side by side in this open planned space are the dining and living area, furnished with a four-seater sofa and lounge chair, several coffee tables and a 55” TV. The dining area sits just below the kitchens service window and comfortably seats six. Headed with floor to ceiling access to the furnished private terrace, the room is bathed in natural lighting leaving it bright and airy. The kitchen contains stunning marble counter-tops and splashboard with dark wood cabinetry; it’s fully equipped with all necessary appliances and includes a coffee machine for your convenience. Following through to the bedrooms is a private seating area perfect for quiet time with a good book. The whole of the entrance is fitted with wall-to-wall floor to ceiling, fully dressed windows. The apartment comes with two main bathrooms; both with freestanding bathtubs and with walk in-shower units. There is also a guest bathroom with toilet and sink facilities.



Master Bedroom

The beautiful master bedroom opens onto the furnished terrace, giving the occupant immediate access to the apartments stunning Dubai Marina and Arabian Gulf view. The soft off white bedding and upmarket mattress ensures a dream filled night for the guest, whilst the jade and gold accents inspire a peaceful start to the day. The master bedroom has a spacious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit, freestanding bath, sink and toilet.



Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is fitted with dark wood panelling and gold accents throughout. The fully dressed windows lead out onto the terrace through floor to ceiling sliding doors, allowing natural illumination to compliment the decorative light fittings.



Guest Access

As part of a luxury hotel, the guests are also awarded the same experience with access to landscaped gardens, roof terraces, swimming pools, outdoor Jacuzzis and a fully equipped gym. Guests also get access to the beach right on their doorstep.

Other Things to Note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



The Neighborhood

Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boats plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels such as the infamous ‘Atlantis The Palm’ with world famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.



In the immediate vicinity you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.



There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxi’s are at a plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
