I stayed with my family for two nights. I had not realized when I made the reservation for the four of us that the price included only bed for the adults. Mr. Belek at the reception fixed this before I even got my mouth open with the greatest friendliness and we got such an amazing room. The view from the 25th floor, see the actual photo!
The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. I made the reservation only because of the view and was happily surprised by everything else. My kids liked the pool area very much (I thought there wasn't one in the hotel).
Everyone was so friendly, but I have to give a special thanks also to the fellow who took us to the airport very early in the morning (I never got to learn his name, sorry). By talking to him during the ride I learned more about Dubai than I had the whole week! Thank you so much!
