It's located in Jumeirah Golf Estates, right near all the goings-on of Sports City and super close to the golf course and cricket ground. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too within a 5/10. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you want on offer. Motor City is 5 min taxi away

Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Greeted by the 24/7 hrs concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, sauna and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.), there is a dining table to enjoy your meals while the views out of the huge windows is onto the golf estate. We’ve even installed free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media for you.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.
The apartment fits 2 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.
You also have a private car parking space and you will find a super market, restaurants and other useful shops within walking distance or a short drive. Els Club golf course is 5 min drive away.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
