We had booked a 60m2 premium room with sea view. On arrival the receptionist said that he has one room ready for us, but I should see if it's acceptable. Second receptionist walked me to the room and I asked what was the difference between this one and the one I had booked. She guessed (!) it may be the view, as there was a building obscuring part of the view. I was tired from traveling and accepted the room view. Later we noticed that the balcony railing was loose (scary!), water leaked to toilet side from the shower, and my daughter slipped and hurt her head. One of the tables next to bed was broken. It bothered me that there was minimal space to put clothes, no shelves at all and we had to live off the suitcases. After 5-6 days I walked in the corridor and accidentally saw many similar, but larger rooms being cleaned and got suspicious. I realized our room was smaller than I had booked, definitely not 60m2. I felt really betrayed and went to reception. They apologized and offered be a bigger room but with a twin bed, not king that I had booked. I also didn't feel happy having to pack all our 5 persons stuff and move to another room for only two more nights and asked for some other compensation, dinner vouchers/discount for the loss already happened, but only room change for rest of the stay was offered. We had already stayed in the crappy room almost all holiday, and when discovered this cheating, were offered just almost what I had booked initially. Disgraceful, not 5*!
