Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED200.00

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

We believe that this apartment was not fit for purpose and it is our opinion that the host did not fulfill their obligations to provide us with a holiday rental that matched what was advertised and paid for on VRBO. Our experience was that it was unclean, poorly maintained and definitely not 'great for families' as advertised.Only positive was the location, which was excellent
