Newly Refurbished Traditional Cottage Blackrock

The property is a newly refurbished 200 year old cottage which retains many of the original features including granite lintels and fire places. There are two double bedrooms (both beds are standard doubles - 135cm x 190cm), an open plan living area, wooden floors, and a private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. There are a number of pubs and restaurants in the immediate area. Guests can explore the city during the day and retreat to and relax in a quiet home at the end of the day.
The space
The Cottage is recently refurbished and tastefully decorated to provide a relaxed environment for your stay. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are provided in a stylish open plan living space with leads onto the private courtyard.

The two bedrooms contain comfy double beds with high quality linens and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up including a bath and a fantastic drencher shower. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience and there is also a washing machine.

The Cottage is located in Blackrock, Dublin just off Newtownpark Avenue with a range of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and takeaways close by should you wish to eat out or order in. There is also a Dunnes Supermarket two minutes walk away which has all you need including a fantastic deli counter.

There is a lot to do and see in the local area and there are also a number of bus stops nearby and Blackrock DART (train) station an easy 15-20 minute walk enabling guest to explore with ease.

With great cafes, restaurants, takeaways and deli counter at Dunnes all in the immediate area, you'll be well catered and the Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook a delicious meal at home.

In case of rainy days the Cottage has fibre broadband, Sky TV, a range of DVDs, books and board games. If there is anything else you need, the hosts are close at hand to help out!

Other things to note
Just to note, the Cottage is completely self contained but it is attached to the entrance hall of the main house (which we live in) by a door, however this is locked and has a blind on either side to ensure total privacy for the duration of your stay.
