”We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were on site so if we had questions or concerns it was convenient. They were wonderful with our kids and we enjoyed all the animals. The home was fully stocked with everything you could ever possible need(or in case you forget something at your own home). The beautiful sunrise on the deck with coffee, or even inside while having breakfast made it extra! We will absolutely be coming back for another great experience!”

”Great location! We loved the view , water access , and hot tub. The Tiki bar is a nice touch. The house is very bright and cheerful, with lots of natural light. The kitchen is well laid out, and we enjoyed cooking meals there. It’s a great house! We look forward to possibly returning sometime. ”

”The property was beautiful and so large. Plenty of space for our party of 8 to spread out and enjoy time alone or with each other. Two refrigerators allowed us to stock up and cook in the house. We enjoyed nights at the fire pit and morning coffee on the front porch. Loved this house!”

”It seems like I always choose to go on vacation during the hottest week of the year, and this year was no different. But sitting on the deck at Nancy's Touch overlooking the river and feeling the breeze pass by, it was easy to forget that it was actually 98 with a real feel of 107.The house is beautifully appointed, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a lovely week away. My adult son and his girlfriend joined me, and enjoyed using the kayaks to cool off in the river....

”This was a sisters week. We went to spend a little time together. The three bedrooms allowed each of us privacy when needed. Comfortable beds. The main bedroom has incredible views.I'm not a bird watcher, but with the binoculars in the drawer (4-5 pair) I enjoyed watching the birds: teal ducks, cranes, and many other birds that I don't know.The kitchen has beautiful dishes, pots and pans, and knives so no need to eat out unless you want.The three things are insufficient light, the hot water...

”This property is exactly as the pictures show. Absolutely beautiful. Host is very very responsive and super quick to help. Not at all overbearing. Stayed an entire week and loved every minute. ”We loved our stay at this house. In town for a wedding, the space was the perfect size to let us visit with family and get ready. Only thing others may want to know is how close the train tracks are to the house. We had lots of safety talks with our kids, and we always knew when the train was going by! But the views of the river can’t be beat.”
