”Pros: Located in the old town close to all restaurants and shops. Cons: you need to climb up 109 steps to get to the room, these are stone, uneven and tall steps, not an easy climb. The room felt crowded with unnecessary decor and felt dirty, with only a tiny window so it felt like a dungeon. I found an old soap hiding by the sink, the kettle was absolutely filthy with gunk at the bottom of it. Cleaning is only every three days by request. Our room wasn’t cleaned when requested it, they just...

”Clean and spacious room. Location was nice especially for the price, easy access by bus to the Old Town. Supermarket nearby as well as the port. Personnel was really welcoming and great. There is a kitchen for basic needs, and fridge in the room. Would stay again. ”

”This was an excellent choice for our stay in Dubrovnik. Room was just as was described, bus stop to old town was in a very short distance, beach and supermarket were close. But the best thing was the owner! His kindness and helpfulness were just amazing! We got sandwiches and drinks when we arrived late, he drove us to the old town once, gave lots of good tips and brought us a huge watermelon sliced. An excellent stay!”

Huoneelle helpohko reitti Pile portilta. WC / suihku tila todella ahdas ja epäkäytännöllinen. Veden keiti ja leivänpaahdin olisi tarvinnut jatkojohdon jotta niitä olisi voinnut käyttää muuallakin kuin yöpöydällä. Parisänky kapeahko. Takka huoneessa turhake jonka viemän tilan olisi voinut käyttää toimivampaan kylpyhuoneeseen.”

”We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The staff was warm and we had a great time. The room was beautiful and cozy. We stayed on the 3rd floor. We were nervous in advance how we would handle the stairs, because there are a lot of them in the old town and we were warned about them, but we didn't find the stairs to be a problem.
