Nice apartment for two people. There was beautiful view in sea and harbour as pictures show. Staff was also very friendly. Position was great and it was easy to explore whole city. There was also safe parkigspace behind this building. Little bit noisy cause of traffic. I could book this apartment twice over.

Hotellihuoneet pienen ostoskeskuksen yläpuolella, näköala oli huikea lahdenpoukamaan päin. Huoneen siivous pyydettäessä. Muuten rauhallinen hotelli, joskin tiemelua. Siisti, keittiö toimiva, parveke kiva.

Hotelli todella hyvällä paikalla ostoskeskuksen ylimmässä kerroksessa. Näkymä merenlahdelle aivan uskomaton. Palvelu hyvää ja huone ylitti odotukset. Pieni haitta on lievä liikenteen melu.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment is above a shopping centre, cafe and restaurant. Very convenient. Looks out on to harbour. Old town is 10min taxi trip. On all bus routes. Facilities for cooking but didnt need them. Towels replenished daily. Hot tub was a nice add on. Highly recommended.

The property is located right on the water. View of the harbour from our room was excellent. The staff at the reception desk were awesome, so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and well kept. The only issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite noisy and the lid on the toilet seat needs to be replaced. Not big issues and certainly did not diminish our experience.

La experiencia de Adriatic fue muy mala en general. Ya chateé con un agente de servicio quien me dio 2 vouchers en compensación. Se los agradezco. Pero sí creo que deben de cuidar que lugares como éste no sean catalogados como buenos, pues tuvo muchas deficiencias que ya expresé a su agente.

Please has such a nice view , balcony is a bonus in the city although divider between balconies makes terrible noise when is windy . The room we had, was mark for 4 people one bedroom sofa bed . The bedroom was nice but the sofa bed - sorry but not for sleeping. Springs were broken and it was hard to lie down straight. My teenage girls (light weighted 45kg) were sleeping almost in the seating position. That was not for the luxury accommodation. Place to expensive for provide. Location is good- walking distance to different beaches and local transit -which will take you to the old city - so car is not needed. Staff was friendly.

Was a beautiful view but the apartment really needed repairs. AC dripping water onto centre of floor just inside door, very hazardous. Toilet did not work well, both shower and bathroom sink leaked water on to counter and floor. No hand or shower soap, devices were empty. Staff were very attentive but ownership needs to make repairs.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and they both spoke English extremely well (as did most of the Croatians we interacted with). There was an excellent restaurant downstairs, and easy access to a bus station and grocery store. It was also a nice distance (roughly 2 km) from the Old Town, so it was quiet, and it was also easy to walk to the main touristy part of the city.

Amazing views!! I would love to be closer to the restaurants and beaches .. we needed to get an Uber every day as it was too hot to walk.. it’s 15 minutes walk to the closest beach though.

Utrolig fin leilighet. Med fin utsikt over havna. God plass på terrassen. Så kan virkelig anbefale dette for voksne par eller reisende. Er ihvertfall 20 til 30 minutter gå tur til nærmeste badeplass. Så kan være litt mye for små barn som jeg fikk oppleve. Men er ikke det ett hinder så er dette plassen for deg/dere. Eneste virkelig minuset jeg har er måten dem håndterer utlevering av nøkkel ved sen innsjekking. Den skulle ligge på resepsjonen bed ankomst. Men den hadde en full gjest i en annen leilighet tatt så vi slapp ikke inn i leiligheten klokken 2 på natta. Bare flaks jeg fant en gjemt universal nøkkel.

The apartment was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The location is very central at the harbor. Beaches as well as the old town are within walking distance. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The apartment and location were spot on. I would recommend this to anyone and i would stay here again. The only and i mean only down side was the smell of the lift. It consantly smelt like poo. There was atoilet on the bottom floor from the restaurant and the smell went straight into the lift. Almost enough to make you vomit, but there is stairs. I would still stay here again.thanks from room 2.

Great location to stay! We had an apartment with Jacuzzi, which was amazing in the evenings with great view over the bay. We were lucky with the weather and could have breakfasts and drinks on our own terrace. The apartment has all things needed, small kitchen including stove and fridge. The downstairs restaurant is great for a coffee and food, with a nice view. Old town is 30 minutes walking distance, there are also buses going. The staff is super friendly, we arrived early, and they made sure the room was finalized first and we were able to check in after 10 minutes. They also took the time to explain all about the neighborhood and how to get to the best sights in Dubrovnik. Thank you so much! :)

We stayed for 3 nights. Check-in was straightforward. Reception staff (Ana) was very helpful. Apartment clean, modern and very comfortable. View was amazing, jacuzzi was excellent. Would recommend a stay here.

Nice Location and staff shame about the drains
Nice location right by the harbour with easy access to the old town and beaches. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Ana on reception. The only issue was the smell from the drains in the bathroom (room 12) staff gave us bleach and air freshener to try and cure it but when left all day or overnight the smell was very bad. If you left the extractor fan on the smell was not so bad. It didn’t spoil our holiday but it does need resolving.

I like the uniqueness of it being on top of a retail business and close to the port. Carpet instead of hard floor would give the apartment more warm feel as walking bare foot is nicer. Pillows need replacing, they do not support the head well. Shower doors are not good, either have full shower or none at all. Otherwise all is good.

It was a very nice little studio well renovated and decorated with everything you need to cook a meal (except for a toaster ). Very well located if you arrive from whatever cruise (big cruise, yatch cruise or sail cruise ship. They are all there just in front of you). Very nice view of all activities in the marina. Busy street in front but if you close the patio door you don't hear anything. Easy to go to the old town by bus(#1 A, #1B, #3 or #6). You can also take a shuttle to the airportfrom the same bus station(called Platanus). We

Det er lidt svært første gang man skal finde lejlighederne. De ligger på 3. sal i et shoppingcenter, og der er en hektisk trafik udenfor. Vi fandt dog en foreløbig p-plads og sendte en stafet ud for at lede efter indgangen. Faktisk skal man med en elevator ret forude, når man er kommet ind gennem centrets hovedindgang. I receptionen modtages man særdeles venligt og parkering arrangeres for EUR 12 pr. døgn i gård bag center. Lejligheden var stor og veludstyret. 2 badeværelser! Køkken med ok udstyr. Separat garderobe. I flg. receptionen gå-afstand til den historiske by. Der er dog 2,4 km! Men der kører en bybus direkte dertil fra stoppested lige ved centret. Billet kan købes i bussen. Gode spisesteder omkring centret. Og ok morgenmad kan købes i centrets cafe.

Fabulous! Port views are gorgeous.
I love this hotel apartment. It’s in a great location with easy access to tours and the old City. If you can get the large apartment with the huge terrace and a hot tub, go for it. You will not want to leave. The views are spectacular from all of the apartments that have views of the port. The staff is great too! All good. I did not want to leave.
