Apartment rental is my families small business for more that 30 years and our newly built apartments are made for our guests to enjoy their stay.This one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the house. It is newly built, cosy and stylish decorated. Our guests can enjoy the peaceful Dubrovnik's Lapad area from 2 balconies. Kitchen is well equipped and other facilities in the apartment are SAT TV , ADSL wireless internet, washing machine, dishwasher to name a few.

Apartment is 150 meters from Sunset beach and other various beaches of Lapad bay as well as restaurants and bars on Lapad Promenade. Private parking on premises. Your hosts live on the first floor of the house and will help you in everything you need.

Apartment Drage is ideal for a couple that needs a one bedroom spacious apartment on great location with all necessary amenities. Is great for families up to 2 children too because children can sleep on the folding sofa bed in the living room.

Bus No.4 every 15 min takes you to the Old town. The bus stop is in front of the house and the ride is 10 min long.
