Residence 2 provides a light-filled, stylish accommodation unit split across two floors, perfectly equipped for families, couples, or small groups.

Ground Floor: Offers a charming living room leading out onto your private outdoor terrace, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and cookware).

First Floor: Houses two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms fitted with king-size beds, wardrobes, dedicated work desks, and flat-screen TVs. A second full bathroom is conveniently situated between the two bedrooms on this floor.

Outdoor Living & Shared Amenities: Step outside to relax on your private terrace, or make use of the shared estate amenities. Guests have access to a lush green outdoor area featuring a shared swimming pool, sun deck with loungers, outdoor shower, shared electric grill, shared laundry facility (washer & dryer), and private on-site parking.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the property for you. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
