Residence 3 is the most intimate of the accommodations at Villa Hedera XII, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere wrapped in authentic stone architecture.

Interior & Layout: Features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cookware), and two air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds, work desks, wardrobes, and flat-screen TVs, as well as a shared full bathroom.

Private Terrace: Opens onto its own private outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening meals in peace.

Outdoor Living & Shared Amenities: In addition to your private terrace, you will enjoy access to the estate's shared amenities, including the shared outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers, outdoor shower, shared electric BBQ grill, shared laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and free private parking on site.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the property for you. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
