Luxury hotel with a private beach
Luxury hotel that has entrace to a private beach. The hotel has cosy, fine-dining but a bit expensive restaurant with a great view to the sea. Hotel beds a comfortant. Our room was in the first floor but it was really high from the sea level. There is access to the beach by an elevator (and stairs) from the reception. The hotel has its own private parking lot (a lot needed in city like Dubrovnik).

Hyvät puitteet onnistuneeseen vierailuun
Hotellin henkilökunta oli palvelualtista ja hyvällä fiiliksellä mukana. Niin spa, siivous, vastaanotto tai/ja ravinotolahenkilöstö tekivät parhaansa. Palvelualttiin henkilökunnan lisäksi päivän potkaisi hyvin käyntiin upeissa maisemissa nautittu aamupala. Vaikka tarjonta ei aina omaa makua miellyttänyt ei se tarkoita sitä etteikö se olisi ollut hyvin toteutettu ja etteikö siitä nauttisi näissä puitteissa. Sijainniltaan paikka on kaupunkiin nähden optimi. Vanhakaupunki ja satama ovat lähes yhtä pitkien matkojen päässä. Myöskin plussaa hotellin tai sen yhteistyökumppani matka/retkijärjestelyistä. Täytyy myös todeta että tuli nautittua spa osaston saunasta ja porekylvyistä moneen kertaan.

Hotelli kauniilla paikalla ja avuliaalla henkilök
Hotellin sijainti on loistava kävelyretkiin vanhaan kaupunkiin sekä lapadin rannoille. Puitteet ovat kauniit ja huoneet viihtyisiä. Yksityinen ranta on ihana ja aamupala monipuolinen. Myös sauna- ja allasosasto ovat kiva rentouttava lisä lomaan. Parasta oli kutenkin ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Äkkilähtö. Hyvä valinta.
Äkkilähtö lomalle. Luvattiin poutaa ja kesää ja myös oli. Unescon kohde, vanhakaupunki meidän suosikki. Minibussi retki avartava. Hyvät ruoat. Ihana uida lämpimässä ja todella kirkasvetisessä meressä. Miinusta ehkä kentälle lähtevän bussin lähtöpaikka ylämäkeen ja rappusia.

Great view, good service and polite&friendly staff
We were very happy with our decision to choose Bellevue hotel Dubrovnik. For us the location was fine: walking distance (1,5 km) to old town as well as to Lapad harbour (one could of course say "too far from both"). After walking in the old town we were specially happy not choosing our hotel there! The view from our room as well as from the restaurant is absolutely awesome! We had a room with balcony and sea view and we spent surprisingly lot of time just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view and sound of waves. Even thought the balcony is small, it was worth paying. The staff was friendly and helpful as should be in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We had also light lunch twice and that was also good. You can reach the private beach of this hotel just by using the lift. If we visit Dubrovnik again, we certainly know where to overnight!

Ihan odotusten mukainen
Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli sopivan kävelymatkan päästä vanhasta kaupungista, ystävällinen henkilökunta, ilmainen parkkipaikka. Ajoimme muutaman kerran ohi, kun hotellin nimi ei löytynyt julkisivulta vaan tolpasta kadun varrella. Aamupala terassilla merinäkymin jäi erityisesti mieleen.

Great service and atmosphere!
Hotel is very nice and the sea location perfect. Be sure to take a room with sea view. The service is excellent and the hotel manager had a chat whit everyone in the breakfast room :-). Nice possibility to enjoy breakfast in the terrace and enjoy the sea / sun. Own beach which ca be accessed directly via hotel elevator. Bar/restaurant also in the beach. Nothing negative to say. Good location. Located near the old town (10 min by foot). Lapad and it's walking street is also "near" 15-20 minutes walk. So from this hotel you can easily visit both old town and the Lapad area where most of the best restaurants are. New shops coming also near hotel, Vukovarska ulica 15, 5 min walk away.

Dubrovnik on keväällä todella mukava lomakohde. Ei ole liikaa väkeä ja palvelu on kaikkialla miellyttävää, hotellissa jopa loistavaa. Hotellin spa ja oma ranta ovat myös todella siistejä.

The best was that we had a free use of sauna and pool. Breakfast was also good. It is a walking distance from the old town. The only minus is that my friend had in her room some small insects.

The hotel is excellent. You can go to the beach from lift. My room has a balcony so that every day I can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is good in term of food and the environment. During my stay, my room door has issue and hotel staff fixed it immediately. And to apologize, they send me a bottle of red wine 👍👍 You can walk to old town in 15 min and on the way to old town , the view is good.

First class experience. The hotel is perfectly located within an easy walk of the old town but away from the chaos of the crowds. Views are stunning and the staff can’t do enough to help you. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and feels brand new, breakfast is incredible as was dinner at Vapor, and the staff at both were the perfect balance of attentive and discreet. The spa was also a lovely way to relax after a long day of sight seeing. We booked a superior room and we’re offered an upgrade to an Executive Suite which was fantastic. We really enjoyed the extra space and lounge area in the evenings. If you are in any doubt where to book then just book Hotel Bellevue right now. You won’t regret it

This Hotel is highly recommended. Nice and clean rooms. Upgraded to a balcony room. My whole stay for 6 days was truly truly amazing. The view from the Balcony is just so calming, relaxing and charming. Plus, ALL STAFF are nice, welcoming and accommodating. I’m so glad I chose Hotel Bellevue Dubrovnik. Will recommend to friends back home.

Beautiful property overlooking the sea. Amazing breakfast and pool. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Only about a 20 minute walk down to the old town area. Cheap bus ride back up (2 Euros).

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I was really torn on where to stay, the old town or at the hotel Bellevue. Im so pleased thar we chose the hotel. Its a lovely hotel with unbelievable views! The breakfast is one of the best ive had and the service waa 5*. Location fantastic too. Only a 15 minute walk to the old town on a lovely costal parh. Theres a bus service steaighr outside of the hotel too. The beach is lonely, you just need sea shoes!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights from 4/12 to 4/16/2024. Love it so much! It’s a modern hotel with great amenities, located 15 minutes walk from the old town with nice water view from guest rooms. There are also many dining places nearby. The staff is very warm and welcoming , always ready to help with whatever issues we have. We even received a free upgrade of room which is much appreciated. Our special thanks to people at reception who kindly and generously gave us this upgrade. Our room has a balcony and is beautifully decorated, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. Staff in the dining room also impressed us with their enthusiasm for their work and their efforts to make every customer happy. The complimentary breakfast is filled with many choices which is a huge plus for our stay. I give 5 star to every thing in this hotel and would recommend it to everyone without reservation. Wish Bellevue Hotel Dubrovnik the very best for its future endeavors.

Fabulous service with quality of rooms and food to match. A 20-minute walk to the old town this hotel has a beach pretty much to itself. Our family enjoyed the experience and we were treated like special guests.
