”Staff were lovely and very helpful, main gripes were that there was a grape left in the rooms from the previous guest so it had a bit of an ant problem and the shower head fixture had come loose from the wall and was hanging on. Other than these gripes the room was great, TV with Netflix, YouTube and Prime installed, free wifi which was quick enough to stream videos. The resteraunt it is located above is also great and welcoming so you dont have to look far if you need something quick to eat.”

”We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The staff was warm and we had a great time. The room was beautiful and cozy. We stayed on the 3rd floor. We were nervous in advance how we would handle the stairs, because there are a lot of them in the old town and we were warned about them, but we didn't find the stairs to be a problem. We were offered a bag service to the room, which I'm sure is useful for some, but my husband carried both of our bags. We were able to store our luggage at the reception...

”Beautiful property. It was in the heart of the city walls and we arrived late in the evening since our flight was delayed. When we arrived the city was packed with people just enjoying themselves and dining. It was really impressive to see the liveliness. The hotel staff was super helpful with me as they communicated about the Taxi and what is allowed for entrance to the property. They assisted with the Taxi booking and rescheduling and just all of my request. I was pleased that I chose this...

”Excellent weekend away the room was well prepared and it was in an amazing location I couldn’t ask any more, the moment you step out of the property you have the amazing square and endless amount of restaurants! The owner was very professional and very helpful with the instructions to find the property! Am very pleased to highly recommend to stay in Cap rooms if you want to be close to all the central activities and gastronomy beautiful Dubrovnik has to offer! I will definitely be booking again...

”Clean room but bed cover had what looked like a cigarette burn on it despite the property apparently being smoke free. Noisy area but that’s to be expected as it is quite a central and convenient location right by Pile Gate. Street entertainment stops at around 11pm so it does become quieter. Reception not always attended however was helpful at carrying my luggage up the stairs. ACCOMODATION UNSAFE PRACTICES- Standard check out is 10am however housekeeping entered my room at 9.30am without...

"Excellent location by the sea, the most beautiful sunsets and only a short walk to the nearest bus stop (number 6 directly to Old Town). Staff at the brekfast, housekeeping and reception were very kind and polite, welcoming professionals and made us feel warm and welcomed. Two spas (yes, you’ll have access to all the spas, indoor and outdoor pools, two very decent hotel gyms, and so on…) with a proper Finnish sauna (kiitos!). The location is the best. By the sea, perfect for swimming, relaxing and taking it all in. The most tourqoise water I’ve seen. Easily one of the best experience of my life. Worth every penny and I would go again and repeat the exact same trip in a heartbeat. 100% recommend."

"Todella hyvä hotelli hienolla paikalla kukkulan laella. Mielettömät näkymät merelle uima-allasalueelta ja ravintoloiden terasseilta. Todella siistit huoneet, parvekkeellinen huone oli huippu. Kivenheiton päässä on kivat rannat: President, Coral ja Copacabana. Loistavaa englantia puhuva henkilökunta, taitava consierge ja kivat liikuntaohjaajat. Toimiva kuntosali ja paljon ilmaisia jumppia ja muita aktiviteetteja. Iso sisäuima-allaskin on ja kylpylä hoitopaketteineen. Viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä on pieni ostari, jossa on kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Bussi nro 6 lähtee lähes oven edestä ja matka Dubrovnikin vanhaan kaupunkiin on 15-20 min. Aamiainen on buffet tyylinen ja valikoima on valtava. Hotelli on suunniteltu aikuisille eli lapsiperheitä ei juurikaan näkynyt. Hotellissa on myös pieni kirjasto, kauppa ja kampaamo. Vahva suositus."

"Staff was extremely attentive, especially during breakfast time we felt really cared for. Room was spacious, well designed and clean. Turndown service was a nice and throughout our stay housekeeping was very friendly. Sun beds were always well taken care of and staff was always happy to help there, also early in the morning when we wanted to take a morning swim in the ocean. Spa was a bit of a let down for us."

"Monipuolinen ja laadukas aamupala, hyvä startti päivään. Huone siisti ja iso, häikäisevän kaunis merinäköala. Huoneen hintaan kuuluva spa-osasto verraton. Huhtikuun lopun matkalla ei tungosta allasalueella, eikä muuallakaan. Palvelu ystävällistä. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, sopivan matkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista."
