”The building needs extensive maintenance. The room smelled foul. There was dust and grime even on the cord of the blow dryer. If it was $45 a night place I'd be more understanding. The window screen had a massive hole. The HVAC was unclean, but it kept us cool. I did appreciate the microwave and that there were many USB charging options. It seems that the property owner is probably doing the best they can with limited funds, it may be a good idea to consider whether this property is candidate...

”Room had damage to walls, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the thermostat did not control the temperature. For 250 a night I would expect the rooms to be taken care of.”

”This place isn't terrible, but, imo, it was not worth much more than half of the price they were charging. The rooms and decor are very old, dark, and dingy.
This place is old and is starting to fall apart. I was disappointed.
Again, if the price was considerably cheaper, the quality of the room would be more understandable.”

”Breakfast was minimal and staff was slow to replace items that had been eaten. The room was clean and spacious, and the AC performed well. (The room was 88 when I arrived and cooled down to 72 within the hour.) This would be a solid 4 if the staff were available as needed.”

”The hotel seems to be under construction and not up to snuff. There were strange smells immediately in the lobby. The pool was out of order and this was a big disappointment. The sheets were wrinkled as if someone had just used them or they had sat in a wrinkled pile. There was a rip in the curtains.
