”Ben is a great host. We ran out of propane for the grill and he was there within 20 minutes with a full tank. The place is perfectly located between the national Parks. Easily accessible. The accommodations were clean, neat and quiet. I definitely recommend. Beautiful area!”

”It’s clear the owner has put a lot of effort into updating this property. Nicely done on the inside. We had two families of four, and we had plenty of room with great amenities. It was a reasonable drive to both Zion and Bryce Canyon. Hot tub was hit after long days of exploring the National Parks.”

”It is large and clean. 4 bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with sofas. There is a grill and firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher (which didn't work when we were there). The yard is small and on a busy street, and there is a storage building outside which was not secured, so it would not be suitable for children to be outside on their own. The landscaping on the front is overgrown, so the street number is not visible on...

”Beautiful treehouse but when you get inside you realize the upstairs is completely nonfunctional The steps upstairs were extremely compact and unable to stand upright in the loft The “kitchen” was nonfunctional and there was no whereabouts to sit to see the tv We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed which was so uncomfortable than we expected. But wait!!! There was no way of locking the door when we left for the day. This made me feel very uncomfortable. There wasn’t any amenities like ice...

The kitchen at first seemed small but in reality, it had everything we needed, and I prepared 2 meals a day for 4-5 people with ease.
