”Arrived early and was able to get a Barrier Island pass to access the clubhouse, outdoor pool and parking at the beach even before checking in at 3pm. House was clean. My teen son and his friend enjoyed the “man cave,” to play video games while my daughter and I watched movies at night in the extra living room. There is a coffee/cafe shop beneath the rental which was nice! We did not walk (drove) to the beach, although could have, but enjoyed having access to all the extra barrier island...
