”Had a great time at the resort. Staff were friendly and well informed of things to do around the Keys. The townhouse was excellent. All the comforts of home.
The only problem I had was our townhouse wasn’t ready before check in.
We had to wait around 40 minutes past 4pm.
We arrived a little early. Around 3:10 pm but we were invited to all amenities on the property while we waited. Very relaxing stay.”

”The staff was friendly, but the site was not maintained well. We stayed in a Queen suite which was dated and well worn. The shower handle kept falling off. We also stayed in the Villa which was in much better condition that the Queen Suite. My biggest pet peeve was that the garbage cans were overflowing on site and looked terrible. One trash can near our villa was overflowing when we left in the morning and still there when we returned at dinner time. The only place to swim at this site is the...
