”This was our 3rd stay at this perfect home. The location is ideal.The property has the most beautiful landscaping that gives it a very secluded feel. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the screened porch at night. We kayaked, took bike rides and just appreciated our surroundings. Phil and Linda are wonderful and caring hosts. They are always available if needed. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. We look forward to returning next year!”

The view is fabulous. The pool is incredible. The pool house is fun to hang out in and has a beauful view. The kitchen is well stocked and the ice maker was a fabulous bonus! ”We had a wonderful stay at this home. There were 13 of us who stayed here. The house worked perfect for us. Our favorite room was the screened in porch in the evenings. The kitchen has a lot of counter space for all our daily cooking Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us all. Location was great for grocery store, things to do and taking the pontoon boat out. Already booked for next year!”

”Everything about the condo and complex are lovely. My visit was the week after spring break ended and there were times when it felt as though we were the only ones in the building. I will say if you are going there to swim in the ocean, that is the only drawback to the property. The water was beautiful to look at but not to swim. However, after going to public beaches on Marathon and Key West, it seems that might just be par for the course.”

”Very clean, updated property in an excellent area. Cabana club was a bonus, very convenient with good food and not too crowded. Very near beach. Small complaints about property were not well stocked with linens and pillows were not plentiful. Alarm on patio doors was annoying but owners were very responsive to shut it off as we were all adults. Otherwise, great rental property.”

”Had a great two weeks. Property manager communication was on point. Unit was pet friendly, clean and well supplied to include drinks, snacks and condiments. Boat dockage was an easy in/out, had a bait freezer and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying next year with the new pool.”

”This home has the best location to sit back and relax or boat out to your favorite fishing spot. Great access to either the Atlantic, gulf or Sombrero beach. Definitely our favorite location to stay in Marathon!”

”Very nice townhouse. We had five people for 3 nights and it worked out very well. Great patio and plunge pool. Very clean. Duck Key is a beautiful island, 2 restaurants at Hawks Cay and if you want the townhouse has all the essentials for cooking at home. Just beware the closest supermarket is in Marathon to the south or Islamist to the north both about 20 minutes drive. Would definitely come back.”

”Cute little townhouse, clean and well stocked. We live on the west coast of Florida, my daughter and her family were staying at Hawks Cay for 5 days. We decided to drive over and see them. The location was awesome for us, this townhome is on Hawks Cay property, we brought bikes which made it super convenient getting to and from the hotel. The yard is adorable, our dog enjoyed dropping & retrieving his toys from the spa/pool. We will definitely be back!”

It is basically in the middle of the Keys section off the highway and it provided such an easy way of exploring the various Keys without feeling like we were in the car the whole time.
