”Comfortable beds, clean room, quiet at night for our little family and very lovely accommodating staff. There was a couple of cockroaches in the men’s bathroom/showers and they were unclean too. Main corridor upstairs was a little smelly (fishy), but great otherwise. There is off-street parking out back - first in, first serve.”

”Stayed overnight for a concert nearby. The staff were wonderful in welcoming us & assisting with arranging a shuttle bus to and from the venue. Food was very good & the accommodation very comfortable & clean. Will definitely stay there again. Such a good experience ”

”This is the ultimate self contained apartment literally a stone's throw from the platform at Newcastle Interchange. We only stayed for one night to see a show at Civic Theatre but if we head back for a longer time to explore Newcastle we'll try and stay here! The property, as i mentioned is close to the train station, light rail station, bus Interchange and ferry wharf. Apart from transport the accommodation is close to a major shopping complex (Marketown) as well as numerous restaurants, cafes...

”It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking ”
