”Wonderful front desk staff. We couldn't arrive until way past check in but Mr. Ravene stayed and waited for us which was a Godsend. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially love the location right next to a little breakfast spot that you could walk to within 2 minutes but their continental breakfast was also good. Will definitely stay again!”

”Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help customers. The property is in much need of updating. They can start by cleaning the carpets in the halls and rooms. Power went off on my check out day, that's wnen I learned they don't have a back up generator for power outages. Never have I experienced a property of that size not having a generator. Well...maybe they did, just in need of repairs like the rest of the place. Will stay elsewhere on future trips.”

”No working ice machine on my whole stay and hot tub not in use ..that's an amenity I came for is my back psyiatic nerve and it says it working but staff said no hot tub 😂”

”No soap in our shower. Stayed overnight quickly so didn't really allocate time to ask for some, but we really shouldn't have to do that at all.”

”Showed up and the pool was not open yet and the first floor was boarded up from a gun shooting that happed 4hr ago. Check-in took forever with only one computer. Was trying to cancel and only the manager could override the system and they were not in after a shooting just happened and an innocent bystander was in critical condition.”

”The room was large and clean, bed comfortable, shower excellent, AC effective. Some street noise (my room was close to the street). Management might consider installing lamps next to the beds and providing plastic or paper cups in the bathroom. But overall, it's a convenient, comfortable place to stay, and I would certainly stop there again.”

”All I can say is the people and the facility are great now the breakfast on the other hand is reasonable except for the hot items like the eggs are squishy, watery, spongy, and gross”

”advertised continental breakfast when we went in there were two bananas one apple pre-packaged plain bagels and a couple of mini muffins. the room was dusty with con webs on tje light fixtures. the soap dish in the ahower was broken and still stuck to the shower walls,”

”Pool out of service. Guest computers not working. “Suite” is just a larger room without any partitions. Breakfast ok. Checkin staff was excellent. Clean room and property. Easy parking. Good location.”
