”I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. ”We came for a quick sleep. The only reason I gave the rating I did was mainly the outside of the building. It looked a little rough, worn, and in weird sections. I will say that when i made the reservation, the woman that answered was extremely helpful and very pleasant. When we arrived it was locked(lobby uses a window after hours), and it was very hard to hear the young lady at the window. This area looked worn and rough, but not terrible. ”The desk clerk changed rooms at the last minute to try to be helpful, however the "new" room had not been cleaned fully and the shower lever would not mix hot and cold water, so no shower possible. Coffee maker was not cleaned, and the room smelled a bit like smoke, though it was a non smoking facility. I asked desk clerk for a discount due to all of this, haven't heard back o n it.”

”We checked in around 8pm and were greeted by the front desk staff was fantastic. They interacted with my 11-year-old great-niece in the best way. Sharing jokes and talking to her directly on her level. Of course, the adults felt comfortable and welcome as well. The pool was very nice and clean. The room was nice as well. We had no issues.”

”When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...

”I was pleasantly surprised by my stay! I decided to take a chance on this hotel because the price was much lower than the others nearby, and I'm so glad I did. The rooms are being renovated, and the updates look great. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I also want to recognize the gentleman who checked me in after 11:00 p.m. He was polite, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy, even though it was late.
