Hotelli oli ylibuukattu ja meidät siirrettiin toiseen parempaan hotelliin, mikä olikin aivan loistava upeine Spa osastoineen ja aamiaisineen.”

”Our room was large, lovely, and had a great view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was excellent! All of the staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful. ”

Huoneet siistejä (ei kulumisen merkkejä), hyvin varusteltuja, siivoja kävi aamuin illoin. Hyvät petivaatteet ja eri tyynyvaihtoehtoja tarjolla. Kylpyhuoneessa suihku sekä kylpyamme. Osasta huoneistoista näkymä Matterhornille. Hotellissa hyvä sauna ja poreammeet rentoutumiseen. Myös baari ja ravintola...
”This property is wonderful! Staff is wonderful! No air conditioning in summer. Directions from Expedia from train station to the hotel is NOT correct if you plan on walking from train station to hotel. My advice… call the hotel and have them shuttle you from train station to hotel. It’s a free shuttle to and from hotel. Wonderful stay! Absolutely incredible view of the Matterhorn. ”
”An incredible Matterhorn view room — the deck was amazing! Room and beds were clean, and the staff was super lovely, even letting us store our bags after checkout for one last hike. Walking distance to everything in town and convenient for local buses. Perfect spot for enjoying the mountains.”
”Travelling from the US with 10 year old daughter for skiing in late december. The Matterhorn view was incredible. Friendly and helpful staff. They helped pick the right lifts and runs based on skill level. Very convenient ski room for gear. Very good breakfast with lots of options. The pool was nice as well. Between the two main lifts. Overall 10/10, but i wish they would take amex. We took a taxi to the lifts because the walk is maybe 7 minutes in boots and we aren't used to that yet,...
”Our stay at Alpen resort was magical. Could be that Switzerland is magical but this resort was wonderful. We should have planned more nights here. Views are incredible and the ease of getting to r restaurants or anywhere in Zermatt was easy. We had 5 people traveling and the room with the loft was perfect. We used the spa and the pool area and it was also beautiful. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We did the 6.5 mile 5 lakes...
