It's located on two floors of the private house at excellent location.

House is located just 1 min walking to the beach with the crystal clear sea.

House is duplex, with living space on the first and second floor of the house.

It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, toilet, two kitchens, two balconies, terrace and 100 m2 shaded patio with table and chairs.

Both kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

House has a washing machine too.

Each of the four bathroom has a hair dryer.

Baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

We provide you free parking for three cars in the yard of the house.

All equipment in the house - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can smoke outside.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the house tidy as you found it and don't make noise to neighbors.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


***** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the house, garden, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, outside fireplace and outside terrace.

Basically everything seen on the photos is exclusively yours to use.


***** The neighbourhood:

Dugi Rat is a lovely town located on the Adriatic coast, near the town Omis.

It has a beautiful beach, and is also close to the other tourist pearls such as Split, Trogir and Makarska.

It is an ideal place for people who wish to spend their vacation in peace and quiet, but still close to buzzing tourist centers.



***** Getting around:

You can get to us by car.

Bus station is just 20m away from the house.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange you transport from the airport to the house and back to the airport.

If you need anything we're here to help.

Otherwise, you won't be disturbed.

We respond to all questions as soon as possible.

We love to help guests feel like being at home, so feel free to ask us about anything!

Everything will be provided on spot, including towels, linen, internet password etc.
