Nestled on a 325 sqm fenced private plot, this villa provides an inviting and serene escape, accommodating up to 6 guests, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and adventure.

As you arrive, you'll appreciate the convenience of a parking lot that accommodates up to two cars, ensuring easy access throughout your stay. For your peace of mind, a video surveillance system at the entrance adds an extra layer of security, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your vacation without worries.
Equipped with a free WiFI, and a fully air-conditioned ventilation system throughout the villa, your comfort is guaranteed year-round. Although located 2 km up from the coastal road (a bit up the hill), a car is recommended for easy access to nearby attractions.

As you step into the villa, you are greeted by a cozy and stylishly decorated living area on the ground floor, designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
