The main level living/dining room provides access to a terrace. There are four bedrooms on the main level, two with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and one with two bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen on this level includes two hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on this level.

On the upper floor, accessible by an open staircase, there is another living/dining area with sloping ceilings, air conditioning, and satellite TV (flat screen), leading out to a terrace. This level offers two more bedrooms, each with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), and one room with two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm) under sloping ceilings. The upper-level open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a freezer. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this floor.
