120sqm on the upper floors of a building offering 3 bedrooms (king, bunk room with four singles and a double room accessible through the bunk room), one bathroom and separate WC.

Spacious upper floor with a lovely large balcony looking onto the Duingt Castle, the lake and the mountains (direct view of La Tournette and les Dents de Lanfon). Air conditioning on the top floor.

Views of the lake or mountains from all bedrooms and the living space. You are across the street from the lake so you will have some noise from the main street crossing the village.

What a wonderful stay!
Everything was perfect and we couldn’t ask for more.
The sun lit large, airy and very clean apartment was the perfect get away.
The host communication was perfect and we felt very well looked after!
Fresh linens and everything you need for the perfect stay was available.
So close to the lake, private beach and many outdoor activities- we hiked, we cycled, we kayaked! So close to many lovely restaurants and access to supermarkets and all that Annecy, St. Jorioz, Doussard and Talloires have to offer!
I’m already checking my calendar for when I can stay again!

Appartement très propre et spacieux. Proche de toutes commodités( Spar,boulangerie….) avec un accès au lac . Séjour très agréable en famille. Indications très utiles pour la réception du bien et une réactivité d’Alyssa. A voir absolument .

Un week-end super plaisant dans ce très joli appartement. Il est très bien agencé.nous etions 4 adultes et 4 enfants...a aucun moment nous nous sommes senti a l'étroit, bien au contraire on s'est comme chez nous😁

Mes amis et moi avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet airbnb. L’emplacement à quelques minutes du lac ainsi que la plage privée nous ont permis de profiter pleinement du beau temps. Le duplex est très bien équipé (notamment la cuisine) et l’espace du haut est très convivial (avec belle vue du balcon). Les lits sont confortables et la salle de bain moderne. L’airbnb se situe à quelques minutes à pied d’une boulangerie, d’un spar et d’un espace de location d’équipement nautique (kayak, paddle). Alyssa a été très réactive pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande sans hésitation! (PS: pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, l’airbnb se situe au bord d’une route, du coup prévoir boules quies)

L'appartement d'Alyssa est très bien situé avec un accès secret au lac. Le charme du chalet, la vue sur le lac et les montagnes sont un vrai plaisir. Alyssa est très réactive, disponible et flexible pour ces hôtes. Nous avons très bien été reçus :-)

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, hob/oven, refrigerator/ freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee. We are keen cooks so you will find the kitchen ready for all your culinary needs. This includes all the necessary equipment for traditional "raclette" and "fondue".

Washing machine and dryer. Sheets and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels!

Fast Wifi (fibre) throughout.

Unassigned parking for a single car. Additional parking nearby in village.
