”Clean hotel, nice employees, but there wasn’t a cart to be had for our luggage. I asked for handicap accessibility because my husband is disabled. We were given the room at the very end of the hall. He walks with a cane, but only for a short while. I asked for a wheelchair and was told there wasn’t one at the hotel. The problem was observed by the woman checking us in, but she offered no help. ”

”I stay at the AC Hotel often for medical follow ups at Duke. It’s clean, comfortable, easy walking or driving distance to the hospital with restaurants all around. The staff is courteous and helpful and there’s a full breakfast buffet and coffee downstairs in the morning. They also allow pets. I’ve tried a few other hotels in the area over the past few years and now just stay at the AC every time. ”
