”I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...

”The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or...

”Ok stay for the price (Oasis weekend) and considering that this is not a hotel, it’s a student accommodation. Room was renovated and clean. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Bed was not comfortable and room was very hot even while sleeping with window open. Common areas were a bit dirty and lots of things were out of place: kitchen cabinet was loose and did not fit properly, building door made an awful noise etc. There were multiple silver fishes in the room floor, which was unpleasant.
