While this townhouse looks fairly nondescript, this structure was actually one of the very first structures built in Duluth, that was built to last in which set the tone for future construction in the city.

This property is dog-friendly. We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation at a charge of $75 per dog. Please do not leave dogs unsupervised out of a crate. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting neighbors, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
