Täysin uusittu 4bd / 2ba Lake Home, kaunis ranta, gourmet-keittiö

Kaunis, täysin päivitetty 4 sänky, 2 kylpyjärvi koti toivottavaa Island Lake. Vain 20 minuutin päässä Duluthista pohjoiseen sijaitseva 10 800 hehtaarin järvi on tunnettu erinomaisesta kalastuksesta, uinnista ja veneilystä kesällä sekä moottorikelkkailua, lumikenkäilyä ja talvikalastusta.

Lähes jokainen tuuma taloa on päivitetty, sekä ulkoa että sisälle. Jokaisesta kodin huoneesta on upeat näkymät järvelle. Siinä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja yläkerran kylpyhuone sekä pienempi makuuhuone ja alakerran kylpyhuone. Olohuone on laaja, ja siinä on iso poikkipinta-alasohva ja kenttäkivillä viimeistelty kaasutakka sekä iso LCD-televisio sateisiin päiviin. Wi-Fi on myös saatavana. Gourmet-keittiössä on graniitti työtasot, kaksi pesuallasta, ammattikäyttöön tarkoitettu 6-polttiminen kaasuhella, astianpesukone, tuplauunit ja kauniit kiinteät kirsikkakaapit. Mikä parasta, keittiöstä on näköala kevyesti kaltevalle nurmikolle, josta on täydellinen näkymä veteen. Alakerran makuuhuoneessa, keittiön vieressä, on yhden hengen kokoinen kerrossänky, jossa tasku-ovi. Alakerran kylpyhuoneessa on iso pellavakaappi, seisova suihku, wc ja suuri turhamaisuus. Yläkerrassa makuuhuoneesta on upea näköala pihalle ja ranta-alueelle. Se on varustettu queen-vuode, kaksi yöpöytää, LCD-TV, lipasto ja vaatekaappi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös kaunis näkymä järvelle, queen-vuode, lipasto ja vaatekaappi. Kolmas makuuhuone on täydellinen laaja näköala järvelle, täysikokoinen kerrossänky, lipasto ja vaatekaappi. Yläkerran kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku, alaosa ja wc. Ulkopuolella ympäröivä kansi tarjoaa paljon tilaa auringon saamiseksi, sekä iso takka s'mores-yönä. 4 polttimen propaanigrilli on saatavana grillaukseen. Suurella pihapeleille sopivalla pihalla on lempeä kaltevuus yksityiselle ranta-alueelle. Suojattu yksityisen lahtia sisällä, ilman naapureita, hiekkaranta tekee tästä paikasta täydellisen uimareiän pienimmille tai aikuisille. Nautit kodin kaikista mukavuuksista tässä upeassa järvi-kodissa Island Lake -järvellä. Huomaa, että pelastusliivejä ja rantapyyhkeitä ei toimiteta mukana. Ilmastointi ei ole käytettävissä, eikä takka ole toiminnallinen yksikkö.

Ulland Family Trip 2025

Loved the property. This was a family vacation with our three grown children, daughter-in-law, and toddler grandson. There was plenty of room for all of us without being on top of each other. We were disappointed that the lake was so low that we were not able to take advantage of the beach area. But we were so busy that a beach day might not have happened anyway.

What a fantastic place! The home was very clean & was perfect for our large family & little grandkids. Was well stocked with anything you needed in the kitchen for preparing & serving meals. We enjoyed the large yard & evening bonfires. (with wood provided) I highly recommend this place for a getaway! The gorgeous sunsets won’t disappoint.

July 4th Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kids especially loved playing in the yard, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was perfect—close to all the great spots in and around Duluth. Highly recommend for families looking to explore the area!

Good Property - Checkout Process Too Much

The property was as advertised and worked well for the family. The reason for 3 stars is the checkout process and many notes to the guests. The expectation was that we would be the cleaning crew for the property (dishes washed and put away, counters spayed and disinfected, beds stripped and placed in specific bin, etc.) It was a bit much and did not make us feel welcome.

Very nice lake home.

This property was very well equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. Kitchen very well stocked for all our cooking and eating needs. All paper products were on hand for our use. I did use the BBQ grill for one meal. Bedrooms were comfortable and worked out perfect for our group. Everyone felt they had a good time. My one negative was that the dock and beach were un-useable because the water level was unusually VERY low. I know that we can't blame our host for Mother Nature, but we had a couple boats we wanted to tie to the dock for easy access. I specifically asked ahead of time if the dock was there, and I was not told it was completely out of the water

Checkin was easy. House was spotless! Nice big kitchen for meals. Plenty of room for people. Host responded quickly to any questions. Internet worked flawlessly. Nice sandy beach and dock for boats. Boat launch is near by 5 miles by car and 1 mile by boat. 40 minutes from Duluth, 40 minutes from Two Harbors. Caught lots of fish! Smallmouth Bass, perch, rock bass, pike. Great Lake !. Great experience all around ! Would stay here again! We already miss being there . Thanks again

Wonderful MN family cabin!

We rent a cabin somewhere in MN every summer with our family (grandparents, my sister’s family). We love exploring new places, and making new memories. This cabin was the perfect place for us! The kids had so much using our kayaks and SUPs. Hours were spent on the lake. Thank you!

Great family getaway

We had an absolute blast exploring Duluth and the North Shore with our young family. This house was the perfect distance to all the attractions and was a great place to unwind after a long day. We enjoyed bonfires in the evenings and the kids loved the yard.

Clean property. Could not figure out how all the lights in the Kitchen worked. Did not advertise the television reception was poor; i.e.: None. With a few improvements would consider staying here again

What a fabulous place on an amazing lake! If you’re looking for a great lake rental close to Duluth, look no further. 10/10 highly recommend. House is well set-up to host many people and property is very nice as well. Looking forward to returning soon!

Great Family Getaway

Quiet, peaceful lake home with sandy beach front. House was clean and had everything needed to make for a great family vacation! Wading in the lake during the day and relaxing by the bonfire in the evenings. Close enough to make a visit into Duluth to canal park for the afternoon too.

Great cabin for a family group!

This was a great cabin for our 4-generation group, including 2 toddlers and a senior with a walker. We found it accessible for all ages. It was also incredibly well stocked with cleaning supplies and kitchen tools. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic view, terrible beds

Good: VIEW!!! Private little bay is shallow and perfect for kids. Kitchen utensils and supplies, cleaning supplies, paper goods, etc. plentiful. Bad: BEDS!!! For as high as the rate is, the mattresses need to be WAY better. SO. Painful. UGH- Hot water lasts 3-4 mins and goes cold, then you have to wait 2-3 minutes for it to get hot again. Definitely could not get a hot bath for the kids. Upstairs shower meant for very short person. Also WI-FI did not work the first couple days. So-So: Not clear which door to use. Small cabin on side looks like someone is living in there which feels creepy. AC broken then fixed, Hot!! upstairs. Lots of light in master BR hard to sleep in morning. So....fantastic views, nice yard, sweet private beach, comfy living spaces, very clean. Nice hosts! Horrible beds!! A/C, Hot Water and Wi-Fi not great.

Wonderful winter getaway…

Cue the deer… Every day we were entertained by deer coming by to feed off of berries from the trees. Beautiful view of the lake. Easy drive into and out of the city. Just 23 minutes from the airport.
