”10/10 stay, I’ve stayed in some pretty nice places in Duluth this was by far the BEST. This is great for a couple or families, there’s something for everyone. Breakfast was incredible as well.”

”We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful and let us park before check-in while we walked around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the room was just fine for our family of 3. Breakfast was a hit for our toddler and we were thrilled to have so many options for him. The pool area was great! It was so nice that the front desk had pool toys to borrow. The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable! My only criticism is that the room could have been a bit cleaner, but our stay was...

”Great room with a view of the harbor. Only downside was the breakfast. The eggs, sausage and hashbrowns were slightly warm to cold. Was not able to eat those items.”

”From the time I walked in the door, every employee was very friendly and helpful and sometimes went out of their way, I will definitely stay here again and refer it to others!”

”Not super great. The room was below average. There was a lot of very weird things going on in the parking garage that you have to use for the hotel stay. Drunk kids and strange people all over in there. Maybe it is just the downtown area there is a lot of drugs and homeless.”

”The entire experience was great drum check in to check out, my girlfriend liked it just as much, jokingly saying we could just move in here. Lol I would definitely recommend it to the world”

”The room was clean and beds were comfortable, However, the building itself is extremely outdated and the area around the property does not feel safe. There was some kind of ‘deal’ going in the outdoor parking area on Saturday with several cars involved.”

”Clean room. Staff was welcoming to the property. Easy to get to. We did not use the pool or the hot tub - but they looked very nice. Our room overlooked the pool. Our friends stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was beautiful.”

”Arrived with the family over Memorial Day weekend. The staff that greeted us was very friendly and checked us in promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, along with the bed and pillows (down). There were plenty of towels and the housekeeping dropped by to deliver supplies on our second day. The pool was small and cold for the amount of people there but considering how many families were staying there that weekend, I really didn't hear our neighbors and the rooms were well insulated. ...
