”Everything we needed for a great week was provided! The beach was beautiful, easy to access and so fun! S’mores around the fire pit - yum! We were able to walk into canal park to enjoy that area as well. ”

”Great place for a family gathering. Lots of room to spread out but a spacious and cozy living room to gather, play games and be together. We were unable to connect to WiFi with the home’s hot spot- my son had his along so we were able to slowly connect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing!”

”The place is very cute. It's narrow as a train car would be but extra space appears to have added on so there is a large bedroom with bunk beds and an upstairs bedroom which is large and lovely. The beach was really nice and the water was warm. Duluth is a fun City to walk. There is a great walk along the shore and going downtown.”

”They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!”

”This house was a great find. Plenty of space, clean, great amenities. Very quiet neighborhood-it’s the old rectory to the church next door, which is slated to be torn down. The new church is next door to that on the corner, there’s another house on the other side of you, and it’s across the street from a mostly undeveloped park with woods and trails. Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We’ll look for it next year!”

The property is extremely well maintained, beautiful, very comfortable, and Drew is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. Looking at this listing isn’t enough - you have to hear it. I cannot recommend this property enough and will certainly be back. If I have clients headed to Duluth this property will have my highest recommendation! ”

”Staying in this gorgeous house was like being in a spotless Bed and Breakfast (minus the breakfast!). The pictures do not do it justice. The details in the construction and the furniture are impressive. The house is more than well stocked with tons of dishes, glasses, thick towels, etc. The trail behind the house is a delight. We didn't need heat or AC while we were there and just opened a few of the many windows. One bedroom and sitting room are on the other side of the house making privacy for...
