”We found exactly what we are looking for at Villa Umi. Beachfront and tranquility were achieved. We are extremely thankful to all the staff, they are very friendly and warm. We enjoyed the sunrise for 2 days, and all resorts (neighbor) are walkable if you want to see some crowds and try other foods and check other souvenirs or activities. Again, Villa Umi is kinda private and quiet, so if you want to avoid crowds, this is the exact hotel you want to stay. Also, they said its not the peak...
”We stayed 9 nights in the Deluxe pool view room in the January 2025. Our stay was excellent. Room was big and clean. From pool view room, there was also a partial sea view. In front of the hotel was peaceful and clean white sandy beach.
Service was really good in the whole hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot that there were free complimentary water and coffee every day.

”Not all went very smooth, but that's life. I hope they have fixed the problems with expedia about the matters. For short, do not expect cooking utensils in family room if they still advertise as such. Staff was nice to help with issues we had and overall stay was pleasant.
