Welcome to The Oaks, our cozy farmhouse built in 1920. This freshly renovated farmhouse has a very cozy and cabin-like feel to it, with all of the beautiful hardwood floors and rustic Oak barn-wood furniture throughout! Centrally located in Amish Country, your stay is minutes from Winesburg, Berlin, and Walnut Creek, OH. Soak in the hot tub and enjoy the scenic countryside views or sip a fresh cup of coffee on our spacious back deck. We are committed to making your stay relaxing and memorable!

Guests will need to walk through Bedroom 1 to get to Bedroom 2.

KITCHEN:
The full kitchen includes cutlery, cookware, bakeware, measuring utensils, and dinnerware.
Kitchen appliances include a fridge/freezer with an ice-maker, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster, mixer, and an electric tea kettle.

ENTERTAINMENT:
We have a TCL 50" 4K Smart TV with a Netflix Subscription for your movie night!

WORK SPACE:
The kitchen features a counter height barn-wood table, perfect for use as a desk if you are on a work trip.

Blazing fast, Fiber Internet is provided by MCTV. The internet easily handles video conferences and movie streaming.

COUNTRY SETTING:
Our farmhouse is located in the country on 3 acres, next to a woods. Our cleaning team follows a rigorous cleaning regimen after each stay to ensure your experience is top notch. Our house is treated bi-monthly for pest control, however, you may see an insect or a few during your stay. Hospitality is something we love, and we look forward to sharing The Oaks with you!
